The Stables is highly accessible to customers with limited mobility. There is a lift available giving access to seats on lower accessible levels. The only inaccessible public area is in the raised seating part of the auditorium which has stepped seating and is reached via a staircase that is not suitable for those with mobility problems. Our box office team can guide you when buying tickets.
We can accommodate eight people in wheelchairs per performance, subject to availability. (We regret that mobility scooters cannot be admitted to the Jim Marshall Auditorium).
Customer Assistants are on hand at the majority of events to help you and they will be happy to bring refreshments to you in the auditorium during the interval. Please feel free to bring a cushion or back support with you if required. We also have a limited number of booster seats for younger children.

Online booking for wheelchair and carer seats is not currently available - we plan to have this service up and running in the near future.
The Stables has free, on-site car-parking and our stewards will be on hand to direct you when you arrive at The Stables. We have eight disabled car-parking spaces close to the main public entrance, all with level access. We regret that these cannot be booked in advance, so advise that you arrive a good time should you wish to use one.
There are three accessible public toilets – one as part of the main toilet area situated in the foyer, further toilets are located next to the ladies and within the gents, both accessible from the auditorium.
Facilities for hearing impaired customers
The main auditorium is fitted with an Ampetronic system. To use this system you must have a hearing aid with either a switchable or auto-detect T-Setting built in. As the signal is stronger in certain areas of the auditorium please advise our box office staff at the time of booking if you would like to take advantage of this facility.
Stage 2 has its own hearing assistance system. Customers will need to wear one of our hearing devices, available from the box office. We have two types of hearing device, either to boost sound, or a personal induction loop if your hearing aid has a T-Setting.
Assistance dogs are welcome, but please advise us when you book so that we can allocate appropriate seats and inform you of any special effects that might affect your dog's comfort.
